For the second year in a row, the Lee County Building Industry Association awarded Florida Lifestyle Homes the Superior Home Award for its newest model at Quail West, a trophy the builder says is confirmation of the company’s history of innovation.
“Our team spends a great deal of time doing research before we begin each model, exploring new products, interviewing our clients and reviewing the details of the design,” said Bill Ennen, president of Florida Lifestyle Homes.
“Our goal is to present a home that illustrates the fine craftsmanship our company provides and the best materials available with a focus that appeals to the way people want to live. We see each model as a showcase of our teamwork and skills.”
A WINNING MODEL
A four-bedroom design with four and one-half baths plus a study, St. Bridget, this year’s winning model, employs a romantic European-themed exterior with stylish cathedral windows. The home encompasses 3,877 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The St. Bridget totals 6,438 square feet with a covered entry, expansive outdoor living areas along with a three-car garage.
Awards, such as the Superior Home Award earned by St. Bridget, indicate that the strategy is successful, Ennen said. The home also earned awards for its Interior Design and Pool Design. Last year, the company’s Antilles model also garnered the Superior Home Award in its price category as well as a number of other awards.
