As the new year begins, Florida Lifestyle Homes reports seven new luxury homes underway in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties, reflecting confidence in the luxury market for 2019.
“The homes under construction include new models in three communities as well as homes we’re building on a speculative basis,” said Bill Ennen, founder, and president of Florida Lifestyle Homes. “We are seeing good activity in the luxury market, but we have also found that buyers respond to our innovative designs and quality craftsmanship even when the industry is slow. It is a tribute to our consistent quality.”
One of the furnished models is the St. Kitts, now under construction at Quail West, a 1,180-acre golf course community in North Naples. Ennen noted that in addition to the St. Kitts, a new design with four bedrooms, four full baths plus a half bath and a study, the company is building two homes on a speculative basis.
“One of the homes we’re building at Quail West is based on our award-winning Cambridge design,” said Randy Frederick, sales professional with Florida Lifestyle Homes at Quail West. “It is an open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces. It has been repeatedly popular with buyers in several custom variations. The Cambridge includes four bedrooms, four full baths, and one half-bath. The second home is our Brynwood design, which has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a half bath. The Brynwood has luxurious features throughout the home and vanishing corner sliding glass doors that open the living area to the outside. These homes are perfect for buyers who want a new construction home at Quail West.”
Florida Lifestyle Homes is also utilizing the company’s “tear down and build new” program in the Pine Ridge neighborhood of Naples to present buyers with the opportunity for new construction in an established and highly sought-after neighborhood.
“The Pine Ridge home is based on our previous model at Quail West, the St. Martin II, which earned the Superior Home award from the Lee Building Industry Association and a Sand Dollar Award from the Collier Building Industry Association,” Frederick said. “The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath design is a trend-setter with spectacular ceiling features and spaces created to take advantage of the Florida lifestyle. It is an outstanding home for this very desirable location.”
Naples Reserve, a 688-acre master-planned community off U.S 41, east of Collier Boulevard, is the location of Florida Lifestyle Homes’ Sunset Key model.
Located on a lakefront site, the Sunset Key embraces the lifestyle at Naples Reserve, providing full enjoyment of the natural surroundings. From the double-door entry, visitors will enter the impressive great room and enjoy the views to the pool and lake beyond. A sliding glass “zero-corner” opens the entire great room to the lanai, expanding space for entertaining to include indoor and outdoor areas. The Sunset Key includes three bedrooms plus a den, three full baths and a half bath in 3,090 square feet of air-conditioned living area.
In Charlotte County, Florida Lifestyle Homes will soon unveil the design of its newest model at Babcock Ranch, a new eco-centric town being developed in Charlotte County east of Fort Myers off State Road 31.
“The new model will reflect the elements that were the inspiration for Babcock Ranch,” Ennen said. “The design honors the traditions of Southwest Florida architecture in the early 20th century recast with state-of-the-art construction techniques and materials, and enhanced with Florida Lifestyle Homes’ distinctive craftsmanship.”
Ennen noted that there have already been serious inquiries about the new homes under construction, and the Southwest Florida market, in general, has been busy.
“We have confidence that our new homes are going to experience a very enthusiastic response from buyers,” he said. “It is going to be a good year.”
