Florida Lifestyle Homes Building on Market Confidence for 2019

As the new year begins, Florida Lifestyle Homes reports seven new luxury homes underway in Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties, reflecting confidence in the luxury market for 2019.

“The homes under construction include new models in three communities as well as homes we’re building on a speculative basis,” said Bill Ennen, founder and president of Florida Lifestyle Homes. “We are seeing good activity in the luxury market, but we have also found that buyers respond to our innovative designs and quality craftsmanship even when the industry is slow. It is a tribute to our consistent quality.”

One of the furnished models is the St. Kitts, now under construction at Quail West, an 1,180-acre golf course community in North Naples. Ennen noted that in addition to the St. Kitts, a new design with four bedrooms, four full baths plus a half bath and a study, the company is building two homes on a speculative basis.
