With the new Casa Kae model, Florida Lifestyle Homes is leading the trend toward a holistic approach to new home design. Integrated into the home’s design are features to provide the owners with a well balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

The sauna in the master bath retreat is a chromotherapy dry sauna, equipped with LED color light and a remote control. Ogden points out that clinical studies support the health benefits of the infrared sauna. “Dr. Imamura in Japan put 25 men with heart disease in an infrared sauna 15 minutes a day for two weeks.
