From these questions, a general design begins to emerge. Since the work is done in a 3D format, all that is needed is a picture of the front elevation to create the exterior.
“After the layout and front elevation are complete, we have a list of approximately 200 questions that specify all the features and finishes to complete the design,” Frederick said. “The last step is when Florida Lifestyle Homes’ estimator and purchasing agent secure definite quotes for the job and provide the price to the buyers. The great thing about custom building is you get everything you want and don’t have to pay for things you don’t want.”
